Shipping policy
Most in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days, and will arrive in 3 - 5 business days after shipped (United States Post Office). When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement. You can also check the progress on the Order Status page or use th e tracking number on your chosen carrier's website.
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
If an item is not in stock, the usual lead time can be 6 weeks. We may need to:
- Order materials and ship them to Guatemala
- Order materials within Guatemala (i.e. metals, Jade, Threads)
- Schedule production, then
- Pack and ship to our warehouse in California
Chick Boss encourages all customers to inspect their package(s) for damage or tampering prior to receiving and signing their acceptance.
Chick Boss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.
Chick Boss is not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
